Quidel accepts one-time orders, as well as blanket and standing orders. Standing orders may be modified with a change order, as required. To place an order with Quidel, you must be a registered customer. Contact your Customer Service team to register with Quidel.
Quidel also accepts EDI orders in the US (coming soon to EMEA). To set up an EDI account with Quidel, please contact Customer Service.
Some products are not allowed to be returned. All product returns are coordinated through Customer Service. Any returned product must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
If you are within the US or Canada, please contact salesops@quidel.com for contract bids. Outside of US and Canada, please contact your Account Manager or Account Specialist
Quidel or one of our key distribution partners will invoice you for your purchase. Quidel also accepts credit cards for registered customers.
