This stands true both when producing products and when making a difference in the community.

Quidel supports many worthwhile charities through our employee programs. The core focus, however, of our charitable giving is on Health Education. Through this initiative, we have created meaningful, multi-faceted, and innovative partnerships with selected non-profits with whom we have a history of grant making. These partner organizations supply individuals with information intended to help them live healthier lives and/or mitigate the effects of diseases already contracted.

Quidel recognizes that there are many worthy causes that do not fit within our core focus of Health Education. Therefore, we have established employee programs that recognize the passion and priorities of our employees through our Matching Gifts Program and Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP). Through these programs, non-profit organizations may receive a corporate match or a gift when employees document the gifts, time, and talent they are contributing to a qualifying organization.
